Please be advised that the Surface Transportation Board approved the acquisition of Central Maine & Quebec Railway US Inc. (CMQR US) on May 4, 2020, and as modified on May 7, 2020, which, coupled with the acquisition of Central Maine & Quebec Railway Canada Inc. (CMQR Canada) that closed on December 30, 2019, completes the acquisition of CMQR network by Canadian Pacific (CP). As wholly-owned subsidiaries, CMQR US and CMQR Canada will be adopting CP’s accessorial tariffs for supplemental services, documentation, fuel, and environmental surcharge tariffs.

The charges, related terms, and conditions in these tariffs will take effect on June 10, 2020, and will apply to all customers shipping on CMQR freight publications, except where alternate terms and fees have been agreed upon in a customer’s confidential contract.
